Marination is a very important step and should not be skipped. The spices and oils in the marinade will add flavor and tenderize the meat. The longer you marinate, the better. If you are in a hurry, we recommend marinating the wings for at least one hour. Next step is to cook your wings in the instant pot or electric pressure cooker. In this step, the wings are thoroughly cooked from the inside. The last step is broiling the wings. The purpose of step is to cook the wings with the prepared sauce and get a crispy outer layer.
In this recipe, we will be showing you how to create two of the most popular flavors: Hot Buffalo and the Honey BBQ Wings. You may also apply the sauce of your choice as marination and pressure cooking steps remain the same.
