I used penne pasta to make this recipe but you can use any pasta of choice. With Penne pasta, I did 6 minutes of pressure cook time to make “al dente” or firm pasta. If you like your pasta to be on the softer side, increase the time to 8 minutes. If you choose to use a different kind be sure to adjust the cook time. I like to look at the instructions on the back of the box half the suggested cook time and minus one. No matter what pasta you choose, it will be amazing!

Notes:
- You may add any seasoning of choice.
- I used flavored diced tomatoes such as basil and garlic – OR – Fire roasted tomatoes for an extra kick.
- You may also use any type of pasta. Be sure to change the cook time accordingly. TIP: look at the suggested cook time on the package, half the time and minus 1.
